The Farmer's Markets are almost in full swing!!
Broad Ripple was amazing this weekend!! Carmel opens this coming Saturday. Stadium Village opens a week from Tuesday.

PASTRY CLASSES!!!!
We limit each class to 6 people, so sign up soon as they always fill up!! If you have ideas for classes, just let me know and we'll see what we can do!!

• Summer fruit desserts - Wednesday and Thursday, June 20 - 21, 5:30 - 8pm. In this class you will make sweet dough for tart shells, pastry cream, sponge cake with chantilly and fruit plus much more!! $80.
• We will be rescheduling our Macarons class for July.

Beignet Days....
Our May Beignet Day is Thursday, May 24th. You know the drill - we start frying by 8am and go until we sell out, which is usually before lunch, so get to the shop early!!

Summer festivals and events
Once again we'll be participating in Zoobilation and Dig-In Indiana this summer. Once we have some more information, I'll let you know. Zoobilation is sold out, but if you are going to be there, we'll be serving up mini versions of our Mille Fuille. Not sure what we'll be doing for Dig-In yet, but you know it will be awesome!

New menu items:
Stop by and check out some new items in the case! We are making Mille Fuille every week - three layers of beautiful, handmade puff pastry layered with raspberry jam and pastry cream, garnished with fresh raspberries. We also have the "Rhuberry Petit Gateaux" in the case - pistachio creme legiere filled with strawberry gelee and rhubarb compote on a piece of sable dough baked with pistachio cream. Cream puffs are back, too! We also have many wedding cake tastings, which means fun cakes in the case available by the slice. This week I know we will have lemon cake with lemon curd filling and chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling with a whipped chocolate ganache icing.

Molly's Great Chicago Fire!!!
She has officially launched!! You can follow Molly on Twitter @mollysfire to find out where they will be for lunch, dinner and special events. The food is amazing - AUTHENTIC Italian Beef and REAL VIENNA beef Chicago dogs, fried potatoes and so much more. They are also carrying soup from Circle City Soups and sweets and breakfast items from yours truly, Circle City Sweets.

BREAKFAST!
Circle City Soups in NOW offering a selection of fresh, hot breakfast items. It is the best breakfast at the City Market, and if I could be so bold, downtown Indy!! Items on the menu include three different croissant breakfast sandwiches, one of which features The Smoking Goose's City Ham. They also have available steel cut oats, omlettes, "monkey bread" French Toast, and so much more. And if you don't see what you want, just ask Angela. She rocks!! Of course on the "Sweets" side we still have our fabulous muffins, scones, crossants, Danish and much, much more.

WEDDINGS
We are currently working on our 2012 Wedding calendar. We are filling in many weekends already, so if you are interested in Circle City Sweets making your wedding cake/desserts, shower bakery items, groom's cake, or anything else, contact us soon!!

CATERING:
Do you have an upcoming event that you need catered? Desserts? Appetizers? Anything? Both Circle City Sweets & Circle City Soups has started catering! Give us a call at 317-632-3644 or email to circlecitysweets@yahoo.com or circlecitysoups@yahoo.com to inquire about menu and pricing. Items include: soups, salads, sandwiches, breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, etc. Delivery is available or pick up pre-ordered trays. Also, if your office is having staff events, meetings, whatever, let us take the work out for you.

"Sweets" is open Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm and Saturdays, 9am - 1pm.
"Soups" is now open Monday - Friday, 7am - 2pm and Saturdays, 9am - 1pm.
