PRE-ORDER / HOLDING POLICY

Want to pre-order for the Carmel Farmer’s Market? Or have us hold some items for you at the shop? Here’s what you need to do:

Pre-ordering for Carmel Market on Saturdays - all pre-orders MUST be emailed to cindy@circlecitysweets.com or via the contact page on this website. Orders MUST be received by 10am on Wednesday for the Saturday market. Orders sent after that will not be guaranteed.

Want us to hold you something at the shop? If you call the shop same day, we are happy to hold you items IF we have them. We will not allow anyone to purchase all we have left of any croissant flavor. Why? Because the vast majority of our customers are drop-in and we cannot be sold out of everything at 9am. If you want to guarantee that you can get those items, email a day or two before. Almond croissant orders need to be ordered 3 days ahead in order to make sure we have enough. Other items can be done in shorter order. We cannot always promise that we can fulfill orders. We are a small shop with limited capacity. We’ll do our best to have your items for you. If you have us hold some items at the shop and want to pay when you pick up, we will ask you a time. If you haven’t arrived an hour after that time, we will put the items back out to sell. You are welcome to pre-pay to keep them held.
