CLASSES
July - December 2026
REGISTRATION GOES LIVE on Wednesday, July 15 4 at 9am.
To sign up for classes - call the shop at 317-632-3644.
All classes are about 3 hours long and are all hands on with you taking home all your goodness!
Preferred minimum age for classes is 16, however exceptions can be made by emailing cindy@circlecitysweets.com.
There is a minimum required for each class to run. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally we cancel if a minimum is not met. Email any questions about classes to cindy@circlecitysweets.com
French macarons:
French macarons: $150 - in this 100% hands on class, you will make an ENTIRE batch of macarons and will take home approximately 100 cookies in up to 6 flavors.

Couples French macarons:
Couples French macarons: $200 - in this 100% hands on class, you and your partner will make an ENTIRE batch of macarons and will take home approximately 100 cookies in up to 3 flavors.
Laminated doughs - croissants and kouign amann
Laminated doughs: $125 - in this class (part hands on, part demo), you will learn the recipes and techniques to make croissants and Kouign-Amann. You will take home butter, chocolate, ham and cheese croissants as well as a variety of Kouign-amann.

Custards
Custards: $125 - in this class you will learn how to make perfect baked and stirred custards - lemon curd, creme brulee, pastry cream and chocolate pots de creme. We will have cream puffs and tart shells for you to use.
breakfast breads
Breakfast breads: $125 - this is a take and bake class. You will learn creaming and sanding techniques to make scones, biscuits, muffins and a crumb cake.
Thanksgiving pie class
Pies: $100 - this is a take and bake class to have your pies fresh for your holiday celebration. You will learn the perfect pie dough, a cooked fruit filling, a baked custard and streusel.
Croquembouche
Croquembouche: $125 - in this class (part hands on, part demo), you will learn the recipes and techniques to make pastry cream and pate a choux and will fill and assemble your very own croquembouche.
Kids cookies for santa
Cookies for Santa: $25 per child - this isn’t so much of a class as it is a way for your kids to decorate sugar cookies for Santa without making a huge mess in YOUR kitchen!! Each child will have 12 sugar cookies, will have 4 colors of buttercream and TONS of sprinkles to decorate their own cookies to put out for Santa. They will each scoop up a bag of Reindeer Food to sprinkle in your yard on Christmas Eve.
