CLASSES
October - December 2025
REGISTRATION GOES LIVE on Thursday, October 9 at 8am.
To sign up for classes - call the shop at 317-632-3644.
All classes are about 3 hours long and are all hands on with you taking home all your goodness!
Preferred minimum age for classes is 16, however exceptions can be made by emailing cindy@circlecitysweets.com.
There is a minimum required for each class to run. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally we cancel if a minimum is not met. Email any questions about classes to cindy@circlecitysweets.com
French macarons:
French macarons: $150 - in this 100% hands on class, you will make an ENTIRE batch of macarons and will take home approximately 100 cookies in up to 6 flavors.

Couples French macarons:
Couples French macarons: $200 - in this 100% hands on class, you and your partner will make an ENTIRE batch of macarons and will take home approximately 100 cookies in up to 3 flavors.

Laminated doughs - croissants and kouign amann
Laminated doughs: $125 - in this class (part hands on, part demo), you will learn the recipes and techniques to make croissants and Kouign-Amann. You will take home butter, chocolate, ham and cheese croissants as well as a variety of Kouign-amann.

Thanksgiving Pie Class
Thanksgiving pies - $100 - learn my favorite pie dough, how to shape pie shells, and you will make the components for pumpkin pie and an apple cranberry streusel pie. This is a take and bake class so you can bake you pies fresh for your holiday celebration.

Croquembouche
Croquembouche class - $125 - this class will teach you how to build a beautiful croquembouche tower with cream puffs filled with pastry cream. This class has very limited availability due to the nature of the class.

Kids cookie decorating for Santa
In this “class” - each child will have a dozen sugar cookies, at least 4 colors of buttercream, and more sprinkles than you can imagine - to decorate cookies for Saturday. They will also be filling a bag of Reindeer food to take home and sprinkle in the yard for Santa’s reindeer. Let the kids make a mess at our shop, not your house!! $25 per child.
